The challenge
Create positive share of media voice within Social Media fields, and softly engage industry
leadership with Web2.0 as a key communication channel for their businesses.

The insight
Most of today’s audiences are already Social Media savvy – they just don’t know it yet! By recognising that they understand digital media on a personal level we can step them into how it works on a business level.

The solution
Create a non-corporate forum where dairy industry people can congregate, participate and educate each other about the reputation-enhancing nature of their industry. Secure strong engagement right across this diverse industry by designing the forum primarily as a Social Network that is also industry specific.

The result
While the campaign is still running, we have over 980 site members and have far exceeded all initial KPIs.
