Although EngageORM is a relatively new kind of consultancy, it’s principals and associates are all highly-experienced PR, training and web communications professionals. From easily-accessed CBD offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Noosa, Engage ORM provides a mix of online reputation management consultancy services, as well as group seminars plus individual and corporate training sessions. The consultancy founder is Gerry McCusker, PR consultant and author of reputation management text, ‘Public Relations Disasters’.
Having held PR jobs and senior copywriting positions in the UK and Australia, I have over 20 years ‘coalface’ experience of helping companies and executives from diverse industry sectors - automotive, drinks, finance, hospitality, leisure, manufacturing, retail, sports and telecoms - to engage with their audiences. I work with a team of associates who really ‘get’ new media and the value of reputation management engagement.
An active blogger, experienced PR creative, strategist and trainer, I’m also the author of the provocative pop-business text ‘Public Relations Disasters’ (Kogan Page 2005, reprinted 2006), which explores the global phenomenon of reputation management.
