(Ta to Stephen Collins at Acidlabs for flagging). A StollzNow survey of 505 Australians, sponsored by RightNow Technologies, has found:
23% of respondents had boycotted an organisation after reading negative Web2.0 postings.
18% of respondents posted on Facebook after receiving a poor customer service experience.
11% of respondents joined a Facebook ‘anti-corporate’ action group, after same.
However, it’s not all doom and gloom:
75% of respondents wanted companies to listen to Web2.0 gripes and respond appropriately.
Does your organisation have thorough digital monitoring systems in place??
